MCAST is seeking to recruit part-time lecturers as part of the ProCrew project to prepare and deliver the below on-line (Distance Learning) modules: 

- FOOD SERVICE AND HYGIENE

- BARTENDING AND SOMMELIER TRAINING

- HOUSEKEEPING

Candidates need to provide proof that they are competent and have qualifications in the above listed modules.

Vacancies will be filled if and when openings become available. Successful candidates will be called to fill existing vacancies in accordance with the order of merit.
