Description

The Malta College of Arts, Science and Technology is seeking to recruit a Deputy Director – Innovation.

Requirements

a. Experience/Qualifications

 

Candidates are required to:

 

- Hold a Bachelor's degree at MQF level 6 in a relevant area;

- Be in possession of a Master’s degree at MQF Level 7 qualification in Management or Innovation;

- Provide evidence of having five (5 )years` experience in managerial positions.

 

b. Personal skills/Technical skills/Disposition

 

- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills in both Maltese and English;

- Be able to work on own initiative and in possession of excellent interpersonal skills to liaise effectively internally and externally;

- Be analytical and display a sharp eye for detail, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a very fast-paced work environment;

- Be able to work independently but also be a real team player, with a positive can-do attitude;

- Possess networking skills and the ability to foster effective working relationships with people at all levels;

- Be able to challenge ideas and current methods;

- Have the ability to discuss sensitive and confidential issues with staff and maintain confidentiality.
