The Malta College of Arts, Science and Technology invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for the post of Director - Human Resources.

- A Master’s Degree in human resource management, or in human resource management and development, or in human resource management and training, or in human resource management and industrial relations, or in any other closely related field.

AND

- A First Degree related to human resource management or to any of the fields listed above, or in public policy and administration, or in any of the social sciences.

Candidates must provide evidence of having a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the field of human resource management in a middle or upper management position.

MCAST reserves the right to also consider applicants who are in possession of:

- A Master’s Degree in human resource management, or in human resource management and development, or in human resource management and training, or in human resource management and industrial relations, or in any other closely related field.

AND

- A Diploma (Level 5) related to human resource management or any of the fields listed above, or in public policy and administration, or in any of the social sciences.

Candidates must provide evidence of having a minimum of 10 years’ experience in the field of human resource management, 5 years of which in a middle or upper management position.

Knowledge of employment legislation, general conditions of employment and recruitment policies and procedures applicable to government entities will be considered an asset. ​
