Description

The Malta College of Arts, Science and Technology is seeking to hire a Director of the Institute of Community Services 

Requirements

Applicants must:
  • Be proficient in both Maltese and English; AND
  • Be in possession of a Bachelor’s degree (full MQF Level 6) in any one of the subjects taught at the Institute of Community Services; AND
  • Be in possession of a Master’s degree (full MQF Level 7) in Management, Educational Leadership, or a relevant vocational area; AND
  • Have a minimum of five (5) years’ experience in an academic, industrial, or managerial role.
The financial package in 2026 includes: an annual basic salary of €56,450; a performance bonus of up to 15% of the annual basic salary; an annual Communications Allowance of €1,800, an annual Transport Allowance of €4,658; an Expense Allowance of €2,296, an Annual Allowance of €2,000 and an Institute Allowance of €1,000 per annum  in line with the MUT Collective Agreement”.
