MCAST is seeking to recruit a Senior Researcher for the project ReNature, which is funded by the European Union’s Horizon 2020 programme. The appointee will provide research support for capacity-building and networking activities carried out by the Applied Environmental Sciences Research Group during the ReNature project. Successful candidates will be recruited on a definite contract of three years.

- Applicants must be in possession of a First degree or a Master’s degree in ecology environmental management, environmental engineering, geography or a closely related field.

- Applicants who have already completed, or who will soon be completing, a PhD research degree in ecology, environmental management, environmental engineering, geography or a closely related field, will considered favourably.

- Familiarity with data and spatial analysis techniques will be considered as an additional asset.
