Description

MCAST is recruiting dissertation supervisors that hold expertise in one or a range of the topics listed below, and would like to take on Master’s student dissertation supervision duties over the forthcoming 12 months. Each supervision task equates to 20 hours of mentoring, at a rate of €35 per hour.  Identified supervisors will be provided guidance by the respective Master’s Programme Coordinator. Candidates may only take up to a maximum of 5 students at any point in time.  MCAST Master’s dissertations are set at EQF Level 7, and at 30 ECTS.  More information on each masters programme can be obtained from https://www.mcast.edu.mt/new-masters-programmes/ .


In general, these supervision duties can take place remotely, MCAST utilizes Microsoft Teams to carry out interactions of this nature.

Requirements

Candidates must be in possession of:

- A relevant Doctoral qualification;

- A number of years of academic and/or professional experience in the area chosen.


MCAST does consider candidates who are presently in an advanced stage of doctoral studies.
