Applicants for the post are:

• Be in possession of a recognized full MQF Level 6 Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounts or a relevant area.
• Be in possession of a recognized full MQF Level 7 Master’s degree in Finance, Accounts or a relevant area, or hold an ACCA qualification.
• Have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in a Managerial role.
• Hold a warrant as a Certified Public Accountant. 

In 2026, the financial package of Deputy Director (Chief Financial Officer) includes: a basic salary €56,244; a performance bonus of up to 15% of the annual basic salary; an all-inclusive communication allowance of €1,800; an expense allowance of €7,000; an all-inclusive transport allowance of €4,658; a responsibility allowance of up to 10% of the annual basic salary; and an annual allowance of €3,000.
