Description
The Malta College of Arts, Science and Technology is seeking to hire a Manager II - Legal Affairs
Requirements
Applicants for the post should hold:
- a University of Malta Degree in Law (LL.D or Master of Advocacy level) or a comparable recognized legal qualification at National Qualification Framework full MQF Level 6 or better duly certified by the Malta Qualifications Recognition Information Centre (MQRIC) and be in possession of a warrant to practice in the Courts of Malta;
AND
- a minimum of 2 years post-warrant legal experience relevant to the role.
Other:
- Having an in-depth knowledge of commercial, contract, employment and data protection law will be considered as an asset.
